About Caroline
Caroline attended RMIT university and graduated with qualifications in Applied Science (H. Ec). Elective subjects in food photography, food science and recipe development lay the groundwork for her future work as a food stylist.
Caroline also studied at William Angliss College and graduated with qualifications in Hospitality Management.
She has many years of experience working in restaurants, both front of house and in the kitchens, alongside well known chefs. Working under pressure in a fast paced environment prepared her for the rigours of tv commercials, cooking shows and book projects.
With an understanding of the restaurant industry, Caroline is able to work with leading chefs beyond the kitchen, on other commercial projects.
Her interest in writing about food led to roles as Food Editor of Real Living magazine and columnist for Epicure/Good Food.
She brings together these skills to develop recipes for her commercial clients.
Caroline travels extensively to research food culture and purchase props for her bespoke collection.
