Celebrating Australian Native ‘bush foods’.
Regular travels to the Northern Territory inspired me to create simple rustic food using indigenous ingredients.
Props include beautiful textiles from the Tiwi Islands, handmade ceramics from artists in the NT, Made of Australia and ceramicist Ella Bendrups.
