STILLS PHOTOGRAPHY
Caroline brings her attention to detail and masterful cooking techniques to produce imagery that always heroes the food. Her style is natural, highlighting the beauty of ingredients to create food that is visually stunning.
TVC
In the fast paced environment of making tv commercials, Caroline coordinates and directs a team of highly skilled assistants to make sure that the food is always perfect and ready for when the camera starts rolling. In preproduction, her years of experience guarantees every detail is attended to, resulting in a smooth shoot day.
On set, Caroline ensures action shots of carving, pouring, oozes and drips are executed perfectly.
COOKING SHOWS
This format requires multiples of each dish, cooked to various stages, to be swapped out, to keep up with the fast paced rigour of this genre. With multiple identical prep bowls, cooking vessels and speed racks, Caroline is well equipped to coordinate the food department on these projects.
Recent examples include 3 seasons of Shane Delia’s Spice Journey. From Malta to Lebanon, then on to Iran, Shane Delia’s Spice Journey explores ancient Middle Eastern food traditions, taking inspiration and giving his recipes a modern twist.
ABC Kids’: How to make: Brainy Bites - a bright and fun educational series that explores numeracy through stop motion magic and healthy, delicious recipes.
